Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 45-year-old female who has 3 children and underwent a previous breast augmentation in 2002. She felt that her breasts had become droopy and asymmetric with loss of more superior pole fullness in the right breast. She was also undergoing an abdominoplasty with SAL and wanted appropriately proportioned breasts. She is 5’6” and weighs 150lbs. She was a D cup breast and wanted to be a moderate C cup.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with subpectoral placement of smooth silicone gel implants, 360cc right, and 330cc left. She also underwent adjustment of breast implant pockets to create better superior pole symmetry. She ended with moderate C cup breasts and was very happy with her results.
