Patient is a 54-year-old female who has a grown child and notes progressive loss of superior breast volume and droopiness, especially after going through menopause. She is a 36 C cup breast and wanted to stay roughly the same size, just with better shape. She is 5’4” and weighs 144lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 339cc smooth silicone gel implants. She remained a C cup breast and was delighted with the result.
