Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 50-year-old female who after having children lost volume of her breasts, and had developed significant droopiness. She wanted to regain her superior breast fullness, with symmetric nipple areolar complexes. She was also undergoing a simultaneous abdominplasty with SAL. She was a small C-cup and is 5’4” and weighs 150lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with placement of 360cc smooth silicone gel silicone implants in the subpectoral position. She became a moderate C-cup and was delighted with the symmetry and proportion with her new figure.
