Patient is a 36-year-old female who after having two children suffered from loss of breast volume and significant asymmetry with no resemblance of the pretty breasts she had when she was younger. She was embarrassed to have her shirt off, and felt unattractive. She desired perkier, more symmetric breasts that appeared both attractive and proportional to her figure. She is 5’8” and weighs 166 lbs, was a D cup breast and wanted stay in the D cup range.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 330cc smooth saline breast implants. 330cc was instilled in the left implant, 360cc in the right implant. She became a full D cup breast and was delighted with the results.
