Patient is a 28-year-old female who after having 3 children, had developed droopiness and asymmetry of her breasts with enlargement of her nipple areolar complexes, and multiple stretch marks that she could not improve. She is 5’3” and weighs 125lbs, was a DD cup breast desiring to be a full C to small D cup.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of bilateral smooth silicone gel implants 325cc each side and removal 80gm of breast tissue from each breast. She ended with large C cup breasts and was delighted with the result.
