Patient is a 51-year-old female who after having four children had significant loss of breast volume and breast asymmetry. Specifically, she desired perkier and more voluptuous breasts with more symmetric nipples and better cleavage. She is 5’8” and weighs 159lbs, and is a C cup breast and desired to be a D to DD cup.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of smooth silicone cohesive gel implants, 515cc on left, 575cc on right. She went from C cup to full D cup breast.
