Patient is a 30-year-old female who after having three children developed breast asymmetry and significant loss of breast volume. She desired perkier, voluptuous and more proportioned breasts that would better match her 5’2” frame. She is 125 lbs, was a small C cup and desired to be a full C cup breast.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 397 cc smooth silicone breast implant on left, and 339cc on right. She became a full C cup breast and was delighted with the result.
