Patient is a 33-year-old female who had lost breast volume and developed mild droopiness of her nipples as she had aged. She desired perkier and more voluptuous breasts with appropriate cleavage without too much lateral breast volume. She is 5’3” weighs 118 lbs, and was an A cup and desired to be a full C cup.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral smooth saline breast implants 390cc instilled with 420cc bilaterally. She was delighted with her full C cup breasts.
