Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 31-year-old Hispanic female who after having children suffered from significant loss of volume of her breasts along with droopiness that she felt was unsightly. She was bothered by the fat and excess skin of her lateral chest and axillae, and wanted this area to be improved along with her breasts. She is 5’3”, was a C cup breast and desired to be in the D cup range.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 560cc smooth silicone gel implants along with SAFE liposuction of the lateral chest and axillae for a total of 600cc with InMode RFAL skin tightening. Her photos are approximately 3 months post op and she shows signs of hyperpigmentation of her vertical mastopexy scars often seen in ethnic patients, easily remedied by RetinA and bleaching crème topical therapy resulting in scars that significantly lighten over time. Skin tightening from InMode RFAL treatment can be expected to tighten and mature over the course of 12 months. She was extremely happy with her surgical result.
