Patient is a 39-year-old female with post gestational loss of breast volume with progressive breast droopiness and asymmetry. She wanted perkier, more voluptuous breasts that appeared more proportional to her body. She is 5’4” and 125lbs, had B cup breasts and wanted to be a full C cup.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 457cc smooth silicone gel implants. She was delighted with the symmetry of her full C cup breasts.
