Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 40-year-old female who after having twins in her twenties, had suffered progressive sagging and asymmetry of her breasts with loss of superior pole fullness. She felt that her nipple areolar complexes were very asymmetric and wanted them to appear as similar as possible. She was a 34 C cup breast and desired to be a D cup. She is 5’5” and weighs 130lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation (left beast perioareolar scar only) with subpectoral placement of 360cc smooth silicone gel implants and removal of 50gm of breast tissue from right breast. She was delighted with the volume and symmetry of her breasts and was a 34 D cup as she desired.
