Patient is a 43-year-old female who after having two children, had lost significant breast volume, leaving her droopy and deflated. She loved the appearance of her breasts when she was pregnant, at that time a D cup breast. After pregnancy she became a small B cup and was 5’7” and weighed 120lbs. She wanted to avoid a full mastopexy with the classic anchor scars if possible.
Bilateral periareolar mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 520cc high profile smooth silicone gel implants. She was delighted with her D cup breasts and was able to achieve this beautiful result with incisions placed just around the nipple areolar complexes.
