Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 39-year-old female who after having two children felt that she had lost breast volume and shape. Specifically, she desired more symmetric breasts that would not be droopy, have matching nipples, and be fuller both on top and laterally. She is 4’11”, weighs 125 lbs. and was a B cup and desired to be a full C to small D cup.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with placement of subpectoral 480cc smooth saline breast implants instilled with 480cc on left, and 510cc on right.
