Patient is a 35-year-old female who after 2 children had lost volume of her breasts and developed droopiness of the right nipple areolar complex. She desired fuller more symmetric breasts. She is 5’3” and weighs 140lbs. She was a small C cup and wanted to be full C cup breast.
Bilateral breast augmentation with right nipple areolar lift and liposuction of the lateral chest and axillae. She had subpectoral placement of smooth silicone breast implants 330cc bilaterally, ending up with full C cup breasts.
