Patient is a 42 year-old-female who presented with a deflated left saline breast implant, and desired perkier, more symmetric breasts. She had a previous breast augmentation in 2003 and was happy with her full C cup size, but disliked the droopiness that had developed over time, and the rippling that she noticed when she leaned over. She is 5’5” and weighs 114 lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy with breast implant exchange with placement of subpectoral moderate profile smooth silicone breast implants both 295cc. She remains a full C cup with a much more youthful breast appearance and symmetry.
