Patient is a 48-year-old female who desired perkier and more attractive breasts. She was a C-cup breast but lacked the superior breast fullness that she had when she was younger, and wanted her nipples back at a more youthful position. She is 5’5” and weighs 144lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of smooth silicone gel implants 275cc on right, and 295cc on left. She was delighted with the size, shape, and symmetry of her breasts.
