Patient is a 32-year-old female who after having two children, lost volume and perkiness from her breasts and desired cosmetic improvement. She is 5’3” and weighs 114 lbs. She is currently a 36B cup and desires to be a full C cup, and because of breast asymmetry would like saline breast implants.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 390cc smooth saline breast implants instilled with 400cc right breast and 410cc left breast. She went from a B cup to a full C Cup.
