Patient is a 25-year-old female who was a 32B cup breast and desired to be a full C cup. She wanted volume along her superior breasts and improved cleavage. She had long-standing breast asymmetry that she wanted to correct if possible. She is 5’2” and weighs 115lbs.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of cohesive smooth silicone gel implants, 405cc on right, and 375cc on left. She became a symmetric full C cup breast and was delighted with her results.
