Patient is a 29-year-old female who was a professional athlete and after stepping away from her career in sports she desired more voluptuous breasts as a “reward” for years of significant discipline. She was also looking to correct her breast asymmetry, had small B cup breasts, and was looking to be a small D cup. She is 6’3”, and weighs 170lbs, had done extensive research and decided on cohesive gel implants (“gummy-bear”), to help maintain superior-pole fullness, and avoid breast implant rippling.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of smooth high-profile cohesive silicone gel implants, 605cc on left and 650cc on right. She was delighted with both her size and breast symmetry, ending with D-cup breasts. Photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
