Patient is a 22-year-old female who desires cosmetic enhancement of her breasts. She is 5’1” and weighs 110lbs. She is currently a 32B cup and desires a full C cup. She has long been bothered by the asymmetry of her breasts and wishes this to be corrected with the breast augmentation.
Bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with inframammary placement of silicone cohesive gel breast implants. She had placement of 371cc right breast, and 397cc left breast with improved breast symmetry. She went from B to a full C cup.
