Patient is a 30-year-old female who lost considerable breast volume after breast feeding and developed asymmetry of her nipples that was apparent in a bra or t-shirt. She desires more voluptuous breasts that make her feel more balanced and proportioned. She is 5’8”, 140lbs and is currently a 34B cup and desires to be in the small D cup range.
Bilateral breast augmentation with right nipple areolar lift. She had sub pectoral placement of 421cc smooth silicone cohesive gel implants and went from 34B to 34D cup.
