Patient is a 38-year-old female who after having two children noticed progressive loss of volume of her breasts. She is 5’4” and weighs 123lbs, and is currently a 34B cup breasts, and liked the volume of her breasts when she was pregnant which was roughly a small to moderate D cup.
Bilateral inframammary breast augmentation with subpectoral placement of 421cc smooth cohesive silicone gel implants. The patient was delighted with her moderate D cup breasts.
