Patient is a 25-year-old female who desires cosmetic enhancement of her breasts. She has long desired more voluptuous breasts but does not desire to be too large. She is also bothered by her breast asymmetry. She is currently a 34B cup and desires to be a full C cup. She is 5’6” and weighs 135 lbs.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 421cc smooth cohesive gel silicone implants. She became a full C cup breast and was delighted with size, position and symmetry of her breasts.
