Patient is a 30-year-old female who desired fuller and shapelier breasts. She had always been relatively flat-chested, and had lost whatever breast volume she had after having two children. She finally had the time and financial means to pursue a breast augmentation. She desired proportioned breasts with natural appearing cleavage. She is 5’3” and weighs 115lbs, was an A cup, and desired to have full C cup breasts.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 371cc smooth silicone gel implants. She went from an A cup to full C cup breast.
