Patient is a 55-year-old female with involutional loss of breast volume who desired more voluptuous breasts. She felt fortunate that after children she was not in need of a breast lift and only needed to restore the volume she had lost over the years. She loved her breasts when she was pregnant as she was a full D cup at that time. Her breasts are mildly assymetric and would like them to appear more similar. She was a 34 B/C cup, is 5’6” and weighs 138lbs.
Bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of moderate profile smooth silicone gel implants, 360cc on right, and 405cc on left. She went from B/C cup to full D cup breasts and is much more symmetric than before. She is delighted with her result.
