Patient is a 33-year-old female who had never developed significant breast volume, and what she had, she lost after nursing her one child. She wanted more voluptuous breasts that would appear symmetric and proportional to her 5’4” 116 lbs frame. She was a large A cup and wanted to have mid-C cup breasts.
Bilateral inframmary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 397 cc smooth silicone breast implants, leaving her with C cup breasts.
