Patient is a 33-year-old female who had long standing asymmetry of her breasts and desired to appear more symmetric and voluptuous. She is 5’ 4” and weighs 121 lbs, was a B cup and desired to be a full D cup.
Bilateral subglandular breast augmentation with placement of moderate profile, smooth silicone cohesive gel implants, 457cc on the right and 492cc on the left. Subglandular approach was chosen to give her predictable fullness of her medial breasts with better cleavage. She is currently a D cup breast and delighted with her result!
