Patient is a 38-year-old female who after having four children, desired to have more voluptuous and symmetric breasts. She disliked the droopiness and lack of inferior pole fullness of her breasts, was a B cup and wanted to be a D cup breast. She is 5’3” and weighs 170 lbs.
Bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of smooth silicone gel implants 616 cc in both breasts. Note how the folds were lowered appropriately to give more inferior breast fullness and simultaneously imparting cleavage that is proportional to the patient’s figure. She was ultimately a full D cup breast.
