Patient is a 28-year-old female who desired more shapely and voluptuous breasts that would better match her 5’10” and 160lb frame. She was a small C cup and wanted to be a full D cup after her surgery. She specifically wanted much more superior pole fullness and elevation of her nipple-areolar complexes, and treatment of her mild breast asymmetry.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of smooth cohesive “gummy-bear” silicone gel implants, 605cc on right, and 560cc on left. She went from asymmetric small C to symmetric full D cup breasts, and was delighted with her results.
