Patient is a 30-year-old female who after 4 children had lost breast volume and perkiness, and hoped to regain the full C cup breast she had when she was younger. She desired significant cleavage without too much lateral breast fullness, as she is quite athletic. She is 5’4” and weighs 106lbs and was a large A cup breast. As she is quite thin, she was worried about breast implant rippling so we selected cohesive gel, “gummy-bear” breast implants which maintain superior fullness, and are less prone to visible or palpable irregularities.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 420cc smooth silicone cohesive gel “gummy-bear” breast implants. She went from a large A cup to full C cup breasts and is very delighted with her results.
