Patient is a 32 year-old-female who after having 2 children has lost the breast volume she enjoyed having when she was younger. She is currently a 36B cup and would like to be a full C cup breast. She is 5’3” 114lb and would like to have saline breast implants.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 390cc smooth saline breast implants filled to 400cc right breast and 410cc left breast., and went from B to full C Cup.
