Patient is a 45-year-old female who after having two children, found it difficult to regain the fit and curvy body she possessed before having children. She previously underwent a breast augmentation and was a 34D cup, but desired perkier breasts with more superior fullness, and less lateral breast implant displacement. Despite attempts dieting and exercising, she could not regain the tight and defined abdominal contour she once had. She wanted to look great both in and out of clothing. She is 5’2” and weighed 123lbs.

Bilateral breast implant exchange and mastopexy with capsulorraphy (breast implant pocket revision) with placement of smooth silicone high profile breast implants, 450cc on right, and 520cc on left. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral anterior abdomen for a total of 400cc. She maintained her 34D cup size and was delighted with her youthful transformation.
