Patient is a 37-year-old female who after having 3 children had struggled with getting her pre-baby body back. She tried dieting and exercise, but could not get a tight shapely abdomen. She has developed significant breast asymmetry and droopiness and wanted her breasts more perky and symmetric. She is 5’2” and weighs 156lbs. She was a DD breast and wanted to remain roughly the same size.

Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 240cc smooth silicone implants. She also underwent abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral abdomen for a total of 500cc. She maintained her DD cup breast and was delighted with her results.
