Patient is a 31-year-old female who after having two children desired to regain the figure she had before her pregnancies. Despite attempts at exercise and dieting, she was unable to achieve an attractive and contoured abdomen, and was disheartened by the droopiness, asymmetry, and loss of youthful volume in her breasts as a result of breastfeeding. She wanted to appear more attractive in and out of clothes, and boost her confidence that she seemed to have lost with the changes she saw in her body. She was a C cup breast and wanted to be a perky and voluptuous full D cup. She is 5’2” and weighs 167lbs.

Bilateral Mastopexy Augmentation with placement of subpectoral smooth silicone cohesive gel implants 520cc on left, and 485cc on right. She also underwent a full abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral anterior abdomen for a total of 700cc.
