She wanted to achieve more voluptuous breasts and a flat and contoured abdomen with youthful curves she had when she was younger. She is 5’3” and weighed 170 lbs, was a B cup breast and wanted to be a D cup.

Bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of 616cc smooth silicone gel implants, and abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen for a total of 1400cc. Note the improved waist dimensions resulting from advanced abdominal fascial suture techniques and the beautifully natural appearing belly button. She became a full D cup breast and was delighted with the results.
