Patient is a 36-year-old female who has had 3 children, and wanted to reclaim her pre-baby body. She had suffered from progressive loss of breast volume and breast droopiness with enlarged areolas. She could not rid herself of her loose abdominal skin, nor the puffiness of her entire abdomen. was a C-cup breast after previous breast augmentation, and desired to be a D cup with better breast symmetry. She is 5’4” and weighed 175 lbs.

Mastopexy Augmentation with subpectoral placement of 550cc smooth saline breast implants. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen for a total of 600cc. She is now a D-cup breast and is very happy with her result.
