Patient is a 44-year-old female who has had 1 child, and underwent liposuction of her abdomen, back, and flanks with a “cosmetic surgeon” and was unhappy with her skin excess and irregularity. She wanted a more attractive abdominal contour to accentuate her shapely thighs. She also wanted to address her loss of breast volume, breast droopiness, and enlarged areolas. She is 5’2” and 133lbs, was a small C cup breast and wanted to be a full C cup.

Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of smooth silicone gel implants 371cc Left, and 339cc Right. She also underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of the lateral anterior abdomen for a total of 450cc.
