Patient is a 39-year-old female who had been athletic her entire life, and after having 2 children, found it difficult to regain her tight abdomen that she was always proud of. She had tried various intense exercise regimens combined with strict diets and had been unable to get back into the shape she was in before children. She desired a tight yet curvy abdomen with a tight waist that accentuated her naturally long legs. She desired better contour of her flanks and buttocks; along with treatment of her sagging breasts that have lost voluptuousness. She is 5’4” and 125lbs and was a 34 B cup breast desiring to be a full C cup.

Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the abdomen, back, and flanks with autogenous fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 400cc. She also underwent bilateral mastopexy augmentation with placement of 457cc subpectoral smooth silicone gel implants resulting in full C cup breasts. She is delighted with her new figure and feels beautiful.
