Patient is a 31-year-old female who after having four children, had been unable to regain her pre-childbirth figure despite attempts at exercise and disciplined dieting. Specifically, after breast feeding all of her children, she had lost superior breast volume, and disliked the droopiness of the skin of her breasts. She was looking to improve her appearance by addressing the excess skin and abdominal laxity that made it very difficult to find clothes that made her feel attractive. Her gradual weight gain had also affected the appearance of her flanks and thighs, and she was quite self-conscious about the way she looked, especially without clothing on. She was quite curvy when she was younger, and yearned to “get her body back” which would drastically improve her self-image and confidence. She is 5’2” and weighed 144lbs, and was a C cup breast.
Bilateral mastopexy with autogenous fat transfer to the breasts for a total of 600cc leaving her in the C cup range. She also underwent an Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the axilla, abdomen, back and flanks, and medial and lateral thighs for a total of 3700cc. She was absolutely delighted with her post-operative results, and feels beautiful both in and out of clothes.
