Bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation with placement of bilateral 457cc cohesive silicone gel implants with abdominoplasty and liposuction of the back, flanks, lateral chest, and abdomen for a total of 2850cc. The patient went from a 34B cup to a 34D cup breast.
