Patient is a 51-year-old female who after having children has finally decided to concentrate on herself. She had found herself recently single, and had been self-conscious regarding the appearance of her private area, as she thought her labial region seemed too large, and this causes discomfort with intimate activities. She wanted the area to look prettier, as she sees on the internet, and hopefully this will help her with increased self-confidence and sexual fulfillment.

Bilateral labia minora reduction (labiaplasty) using “V” shaped excision to avoid excess scarring. She is delighted with her results, with new found confidence and relief of anxiety she was experiencing regarding new relationships.
