Patient is an 18-year-old female who had desired more curves and a fuller rear like her sisters. She is 5’7” and weighed 145lbs, yet despite her height, she felt that her figure was “frumpy” and wanted to be able to wear more youthful clothing styles.
SAFE Liposuction of the abdomen, back and flanks for a total of 4800cc and autogenous fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 1680 cc (840cc each buttock).
