Patient is a 25-year-old female who desired more definition of her buttocks and was bothered by her relative lack of flank and buttock definition and projection. She was very conscience of her weight, and wanted to avoid weight gain as advised for the buttock augmentation. She is 5’7” and weighs 125lbs.
SAFE liposuction of the back, flanks, and lateral thighs for a total of 1200cc, with autogenous fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 360cc.
