Patient is a 66 year-old-female who desired to have more youthful appearing arms. Over the last 10 years her arms had become progressively heavier with sagging skin that did not improve despite exercising to improve her arm musculature. She wanted to wear short sleeves but didn’t dare as she thought her arms made her look quite old. She felt that she could accept a scar across the inside of her arms if the overall contour of her arms was improved.

 Bilateral Brachioplasty with SAFE liposuction of the arms for a total of 1100cc. Patient was delighted with her result!
