Patient is a 38-year-old female who after having four children, would like to regain her youthful physique. Specifically she could not improve the excess skin and puffiness of her abdomen, despite attempts at exercise and dieting. She was seeking a tight abdomen that accentuated her curves with a normal, sensuous appearing belly button.
Abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen for a total of 1400cc. Note the elongation the patient’s waist, the accentuation of her curves from advanced abdominal wall suture techniques, and the natural appearing belly button. She was delighted with the results.
