Patient is a 27 year-old female who after having two children, found it nearly impossible to get back to her pre-baby shape. Specifically, she could not tighten her puffy abdomen despite rigorous exercise regimens and strict dieting. She also noted that she had lost any curves that she once had. She had been embarrassed to wear a bathing suit, and felt very self-conscious when unclothed. She wanted a tighter more athletic appearing abdomen enabling her to wear low-rise jeans or bikinis if desired. She is 5’5” and weighed 153 lbs.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the abdomen, back and flanks for a total of 2350cc.
