Patient is a 39-year-old female who had been athletic her entire life, and after having 2 children, found it difficult to regain her tight abdomen that she was always proud of. She had tried various intense exercise regimens combined with strict diets and had been unable to get back into the shape she was in before children. She desired a tight yet curvy abdomen with a tight waist that accentuated her naturally long legs.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the abdomen, back, and flanks with autogenous fat transfer to the buttocks for a total of 400cc. She is delighted with her new figure and feels beautiful.
