30 year-old-female who has had 2 children and is very athletic but unable to tighten her abdomen with diet and exercise. She also has had previous augmentations and wants to treat her inferiorly displaced breasts that have considerable palpable rippling.
Abdominoplasty with Vaser Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. She also had subpectoral breast implant exchange and mastopexy with placement of 457cc smooth silicone cohesive gel implants.
