Patient is a 45-year-old female who after having two children found it difficult to regain the athletic and defined torso she had before giving birth. She is extremely frustrated as she has diligently dieted and had hired trainers, but was not getting the results she desired. She wanted to appear curvy and sexy, with the muscular definition she once had.
Abdominoplasty with SAFE liposuction of the lateral anterior abdomen for a total of 400 cc. Note the muscular definition and “shadows” that result from advanced suture techniques applied to the abdominal musculature, and the natural appearing umbilicus that results from diligent attention to aesthetic details. She was absolutely delighted with the results of her tummy tuck.
