Patient is a 27-year-old female who after having two children, found it increasingly difficult to get back the body she had before kids. Specifically, she had excess abdominal skin with stretch-marks that she hated, a puffy tummy that would not improve with exercise, and an enlarged misshapen belly button that she could not stand. She wanted to look and feel more attractive both in and out of clothing.
Abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks for a total of 1050cc. The patient was delighted with her post-operative result including a low, easily concealed scar, and a small aesthetically appropriate belly button.
